MAZINA,THE ADDRESS DUBAI MARINA - MONGOLIAN NIGHT THEMED DINNER, MAGIC ON A TEPPAN

The Address Dubai Mariana is a glossy hotel which opens up to the glitter & glamour of the Dubai Marina, presenting views that keep you glued forever. A hotel which stems in its warm hospitality & impeccable services also houses, the multifaceted restaurant Mazina. Mazina stands out not only in the delectable cuisine that it dishes out, but also in the innovative & exciting themes that it comes up with to enthrall its diners.
Walking down the gorgeous corridors to be greeted by a smiling hostess now seems such a familiar part of The Address Hotel's hospitality. Before being ushered to our table, I want a quick view of the
Dubai Marina bedecked with little pearls of glow. At night this is how my eyes translate the brightly
lit Marina skyline. I bask in its beauty for sometime and deter the urge to sit outside to double my dinner delight as the weather is still not conducive with my mushy mood.

UPHOLDING THE RAMADAN FERVOUR, A MIDDLE EASTERN STYLE IFTAR BUFFET AT THE MARKET PLACE, DUBAI MARRIOTT HOTEL, AL JADDAF

Every Iftar has its own signature and that is what gets me hooked to it. Iftar Buffets carry with them the distinct flavour of Ramadan and the firing of the cannon heralding the breaking of the day's fast are rituals which are those little nuances which heightens the festivity  quotient.

Driving down to the Al Jaddaf area in Dubai what strikes me is that this area is still not crowded with the multitudes of high rises which have overtaken the Dubai Skyline. So I stop for a while to fill my lungs with the slightly warm evening breeze and gaze over the horizon. As the cannon fires and the air fills up with prayers I step inside the Dubai Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf.

RAMADAN IFTAR BUFFET - THE ADDRESS HOTEL, DUBAI MARINA

The Iftar Buffet at The Address Dubai Marina is easily the most dynamic, tantalising and SuperAbundant buffet, with multifarious Diverse dishes. No wonder it is amongst the top 10 finest Ramadan Iftar Buffets in Dubai which is very highly rated by UAE's Food Connoisseurs & many of the top Magazines here.
It's not only the cuisine but the luxuriously appointed traditional Ramadan tents, the ceremonial Oud players who take you on an Arabian sojourn, creamy, sugary lip smacking Turkish Ice-Cream which can be lapped up in seconds by children & adults alike, a photo booth with Middle Eastern & Ramadan inspired creative props where you can pose for a picture and capture your beautiful Ramadan Iftar memories forever and much much much more.
This post is a pictorial insight why I reckon this Robust Iftar Buffet as "Surely not to be Missed."
The Iftar Buffet is a delightful mix of Arabic cuisine primarily, with South East Asian, Indian and a few International dishes also a part of the serpentine platter queue. As Chef De Cuisine Trevor Greene hinted in a casual chat with me that the buffet was designed with a Middle Eastern Hue but also had dishes to delight the International palette. And that precisely was the uniqueness of the buffet which was aimed at catering to not only the native Arab taste, but also to anyone who was either an expatriate or tourist. What a fascinating idea to present the extraordinary Ramadan Iftar Experience to someone who was foreign to this distinctive tradition.

Certain nuances in the decor is worth mentioning, like the Stunning Buddha effigy which rolls out the South-East Asian essence as soon as you step in.

INDULGE IN FRIDAY BRUNCH AT MAZINA, THE ADDRESS DUBAI MARINA

MAZINA, THE ADDRESS DUBAI MARINA...

Indulge in Friday Brunch

Driving into The Address Dubai Marina Hotel, memories of my December 2010 stay at this luxurious property came flooding in. I had taken back with me a gift of impeccable service & brilliant tranquil view of the Dubai Marina, with private yachts plying throughout the day. Familiar sights caught my eyes today as I made my way through the lobby towards the MAZINA Restaurant. The tagline of the restaurant "PASSIONATE CUISINE" set the tone for the Indulgence awaiting inside.
