Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe / Pudina Dhaniya Chutney Recipe ~ Just Recipes


Mint coriander chutney is a very versatile dip and can be served with any fried vegetarian and non- vegetarian snacks as a dip.


MINT CORIANDER CHUTNEY~

INGREDIENTS :

1 CUP = 250 Gms approximately

1) 1 Cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves
2) 1 Cup tightly packed fresh coriander leaves
3) 2-3 Green Chillies
4) 1 Tsp grated ginger
5) 1/2 Tsp sugar
6) 1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
7) 2-3 Tsp lemon juice
8) Black Salt to taste

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO :

1) Wash the fresh mint and coriander leaves nicely and drain the water out.

2) In a food processor add all the ingredients above and grind to a nice thick and smooth paste.

3) Check for salt, sour and sweet in the right proportions and if you find any one less please add black salt, lime and sugar accordingly.

4) Store in an airtight container and refrigerate and use within a week
